TT Bike Training

Did my 14 mile loop on the Trek TTX this morning. I wasn’t riding at full on race pace but I was riding pretty hard. It was extremely windy and the Trek really is a bit of a handful into a crosswind. I dread to think how it would be with a deep section front rim. I am starting to get used to the aero bars but I am not convinced that the flat style works best for me.

I felt pretty congested today and I got held up at 3 red traffic lights so I didnt expect a very fast time. I actually got to within 1.5 mins of my personal best which was a nice surprise.  Actually my third best time ever on this course.
