Dusting Off the Catrike

I dusted off the trike today and converted it back into road trim ready to start training on it for the Diablo challenge. I took off the disk cover and added lights, mirror and spares bag. For the Diablo challenge I will run with no spares and no lights to save a pound or so. I though I had better try the Catrike out before tomorrows attempt on Diablo so I had a ride round the cross road circuit.  My legs felt really tired but the trike felt good. The funny thing about recumbent trikes is that if you didn’t  have a speedometer you would swear you were flying. Its only the speedometer that tells you you are not really that fast.
