Another training ride on Diablo on the Trike and 51s faster than two weeks ago (1h18m53s) but slower than my first attempt (1h15m21s). I don’t know what was wrong with my legs today but they felt fatigued from the very start. It must be due to my week away with no training or perhaps from yesterdays HOP LITE. I did actually start to feel a bit stronger near the top but the heat really began to tell too. I think this week needs to be an easy week to get myself back into shape.
