Hilly TT Training : Trek TTX

It is sometimes hard to motivate yourself to get out training after a long day at work, especially when it is unseasonably cold outside and very windy. As I am riding the Beat The Clock TT on Saturday I needed to get in some hill work so I went out for a quick blast round the “Cross Road Circuit” on the Trek TTX with the HED 3’s.  I went  hard on the Cross road climb and got within 15 seconds of my P.B so even though my legs felt a bit empty I must have pretty good form.  My overall time for the “Cross Road Circuit” was hampered by 3 red traffic lights and I didn’t really push things too hard  other than on the climbs.
