New Rubber on The Lemond

I like to have fresh rubber for a tough double century so I fitted A nice new pair of Michelin Pro Race 3’s to my Lemond to get ready for Saturday’s terrible two.   I normally fit fresh tubes too but I only had one spare. I decided to have a brisk ride round the Cross Road circuit to try them out and the bike felt great.  I managed my third best time up the cross road KOM which was a surprise. The Lemond Titanium has a fantastic ride quality that I knew would be well suited to a bumpy endurance event.
