It was an absolutely gorgeous morning so I went for a ride on the Bacchetta before work. I felt great for the first 1/2 hour and then it felt like someone had switched the engines off. I managed a p.r. on Manning road climb when I was feeling good. It was strange how a bout of extreme tiredness could come on so quickly. I wonder how pro riders manage to cope with jet lag. I throttled back and enjoyed the morning sun for the rest of the ride.
